Our clients at Green Life Pharma approached us to create the Travel Clinic Near Me service to expand the reach of their clinical services through the creation of a new, modern and stylised website. We aimed to help promote their travel clinic services and include a host of user-friendly options.
Our main challenge was to create a functional, clean website that would be easily scalable to serve as the hub site for multiple travel clinic locations across the country. We were tasked with creating the brand, social media and website for the client.
Our solution was to use WordPress to produce a fully optimised multi-site website with a brand new main website design running throughout, incorporating a new logo, colour palette and graphic icons. We created 6 Landing Pages with all content individually written and crafted for the website. We felt that many travel clinics featured the same logo style, to avoid blending in with all other competitors our clients asked us to produce a series of ideas and layouts for their website logo that wasn’t typical of a travel clinic website. Our planning saw us focusing on styles indicative of flight, travelling and destinations. We created these logos with an emphasis on vibrant colouring, giving the website branding a modern twist that we hope to be more marketable.
The concept of a TCNM is to be a centralised hub for people searching for travel vaccinations. In light of COVID, this is even more important that the messaging is correct. To assist with this and improve overall branding, our team came up with a series of posters, roller banners and window vinyl that can be used by any of the bricks and mortar clinics to reflect that they are part of the TCNM brand.
New clinics that sign-up will be heavily supported with a library of marketing material and collateral that we have since created.
To promote the new website and services available, we created a monthly social media calendar which showed the breakdown of content that was to be posted. Content included reviews, videos, travel posts, and updating their blog, by writing new posts every two weeks with up to date travel and vaccine information.

When future patients visited the site, We created easy to navigate pages, so customers could find the services they required as efficiently as possible. A separate ‘vaccinations’ and ‘services’ page was created to showcase the 6 specialist services, and 18 vaccinations and tablets provided by the clinics.
To improve the overall aesthetic of the website, we created a custom design to fit the client brief, using custom images and icons to appear on all pages. The images we chose were aspirational, bright and focussed on the lifestyle aspect of travelling, rather than medical imagery which gave a stark clinical feel to the website.
A bolder colour palette was introduced as part of the redesign to make the website more modern and appealing. Soft muted colours of; Teal, Navy, White and Yellow were used against the bright eye-catching imagery. This allowed the services to stand out more and are clearer to read for customers when visiting the website.
